EASY TO USE MOVEMENT AND NAVIGATION PANEL

Move around with your arrow keys or even W,A,S,D on your keyboard. The movement is not only fluid, but it makes it so much more fun to walk (or run!!) around your event world. Having a hard time figuring that out or maybe you just want to quickly get to the location you are going? Even easier. There is a navigation tab that you can simply drop down and click to “teleport” to the location you desire.

PUBLIC AND PRIVATE PEER NETWORKING AREAS

Many clients complain about how the virtual event space is lacking a 1:1 peer or group networking like they had in the live event days. There are private areas for individuals or full groups to meet in. Once you step inside, people can see you, but they cannot hear you unless you are ALSO inside the designated private area. This works in reverse as well, once inside you cannot hear anyone on the outside, but you can see them. And you still have the conventional chat window if you’ve lost your voice. So go meet some people!

3D SPATIAL AUDIO

What does this even mean?? Think proximity…If I am speaking to you 20ft away, you will most likely have a hard time hearing me, but if you are 6ft away you’d be able to hear me perfectly. This also applies to direction, if I am not facing you, you will sound like you are behind me and slightly muffled. Why did we do this? It makes you feel like you are in the real thing! Can’t beat real-time communication!

LAYOUT CUSTOMIZATION

Remember those venues you used to travel to called Hotels? AlliantConnect is your new destination! General Session Rooms, Breakouts, Meeting Spaces, Expo Halls, Networking Areas, Recreation Areas, and even a private BEACH…all of it is here just like you remembered. We can change room layouts to accommodate attendance needs, add in all the extra breakout rooms you want, change booth sizes and even customize them with logos or graphics! Just no hotel rooms so all we ask is that you please log off when you need to go to sleep. J

CUSTOMIZABLE BRANDED MEETING ENVIRONMENTS

Let’s not forget the importance of branding and sponsorship banners! So many places to brand, such as your General Sessions, Breakout rooms and even your Expo Hall if you are using one. Send us the artwork and we will do the rest!
